Production - Our hats are hand-crafted created per order. This is to ensure perfection in quality and sizing. (1 week)

Order Delivery & Pick-Up

Online Orders - Upon shipping, you will receive an email notice with your delivery details including your carrier tracking number and order number. (estimated delivery times. (3-5 business days)

Regional Delivery or Pick-Up - Customers in the south Louisiana region may schedule a pick-up or hand delivery when available.

Order pick-ups are available in Baton Rouge. Please contact for pick-up locations.

Regional delivery areas include (but are not limited to) the Greater New Orleans and Greater Baton Rouge areas. Regional deliveries are free of charge, but are scheduled based current availability.

Estimated total delivery time is up to 2.5 weeks (10 business days) from the date of purchase.​

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless your order arrives incorrect or damaged, in which case please contact us at (833) 425-6428, or at orders@halomimi.com for a prepaid UPS return shipping label.

Returns will be offered a store credit or exchange for the purchase amount paid.

Returns must include the original receipt. If you do not have a receipt, then you must submit a Return Form by clicking the link button below.

Whenever possible, please return items clean and unworn, and with the original receipt.
